Outstanding service and good value. The rooms with nice bathrooms, comfy beds, moderate temperature. Location very close to the centre of the town as well as downtown.

The room was spotless with thick sheets, stayed here for 2 nights. Its location next to Arches of Carmen was GOOD.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel San Luis in San Cristobal. The owners, Susanna and Jesus, were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The hotel is located close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring restaurants, shops, and the Cathedral. The room was clean and comfortable, with a working shower and a comfortable bed. Susanna's excellent service went above and beyond when she offered to pick up and mail my laundry. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and friendly atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in the heart of San Cristobal. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the main plaza and the Museum of Amber. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was delicious and affordable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Cristobal.

the staff was attentive and helpful and my stay was superb, would not hesitate to return there. i loved this charming little and picturesque hotel. the location was particularly good, close to regional costume museum.

This hotel had a super cute lobby area with lots of greenery and quirky decor. Plus, the beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious and clean. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and convenient location near the historic center and main square.

Noise was definitely an issue as the sound insulation wasn't great. We could hear loud footsteps in the corridor and conversations from neighboring rooms.
